This block of 10 apartments is located in the growing urban hub of Indooroopilly in Brisbane. Many difficult planning issues had to be resolved in the design including incorporating an overland flow-path, preventing basement inundation, refuse collection for the narrow site, and maintaining an existing shared sewer line running through the property.
