We were proud to be involved in this substantial new home located in Port Melbourne. We were able to provide partial design services to enable this new home to have significantly improved interior light, seamless detailing, to better resolve some of the internal planning and an improved streetscape relationship and response to heritage context. We were able to successfully negotiate with the Council Planners to achieve these outcomes and went on to assist on site during the construction period to advise on technical and material details, with a great relationship between the clients, the builders - spacemaker home extensions - and ourselves.
