04ASH explores the intensification of inner suburban Launceston in which staff members of the S. team sourced under-utilised suburban plots within walking distance the CBD. The end result is a stunning model of what we believe could proto-type inner suburban compact living in smaller sized cities. With under 130m2 of floor area the individual designs utilise connection to outdoor space, volume and meticulous planning to ensure feeling of space within the smaller footprint.
