This project was a particularly exciting challenge for the S. Group team. With three generations of people to accommodate in this home, the de sign had to carefully consider a variety of spaces that catered for privacy and separation as well as spaces to gather, relax and play. An extensive build, the façade com mands attention with its striking balance of vertical and horizontal plains and contrasting colour palette. Thoughtful design flows from the e xterior into the interior spaces with alternating ceiling volumes, sun drenched living areas and warm, contemporary finishes.
