Though constructed for under $250,000, each townhouse portrays a persona comparable to considerably higher budget projects. Truly innovative in their design approach these two townhouses nestle comfortably on a lot size of under 600m2, whilst particular attention was paid to ensuring that sun, views and privacy were maximized.
