Bilgola House
This house consists of two pavilions, designed around a central courtyard following the natural contours of the site. By keeping the main living area largely transparent, views from both pavilions and the courtyard are maximized. Neighbouring houses are hidden by the side walls, allowing the main living areas to focus on the fantastic view of Bilgola Beach and headland.
The two pavilions are steel-framed, with mono-pitched rooves, to allow for large glazed openings, high-level ventilation and light.
