This refurbishment included linking and updating the kitchen and breakfast area with the living rooms, remodelling the stair, updating lighting and finishes and making the outdoor spaces more inviting. The palette of materials is a combination of oak, honed marble and white. Natural light was increased via larger doors and openings, higher ceilings, a skylight and operable sun shading.
