This multi-residential project is within an existing heritage-listed building in Kirribilli.

Converting a run-down back-packers hostel, Utz-Sanby designed 7 two-storey apartments with an abundance of natural light and ventilation. These apartments capitalise on the height of the existing pitched roofs, and other unique features such as bay-windows, existing vegetation and views.
