In this new beach house the main living areas and decks are located on the upper level of the house, affording the best views, access to sea breezes and natural light. The bedrooms and rumpus room on the ground floor open onto the large lawn areas, garden and pool.

The house has been separated into two distinct wings, joined by a double height space containing the entrance, stair and circulation. The raised pitched roof denotes the open plan living area whilst the second wing is more enclosed and private. The finishes used are all natural materials, such as zinc, stone, recycled timber and hardwoods and provide warmth and texture to the interior.
