The client a busy young professional gave Yael Kurlansky of Yael K Designs, Carte Blanche to design and deliver his complete home.
Situated in lofty West Leederville, the home blends seamlessly into the streetscape but exudes a charm which stops you dead in your tracks.
Strong design disciplines, function and practicality were implemented resulting in a home which is warm and functional.
Advantage was taken of the double block enabling all the living areas, Games /Gym, Garage, study and master suite all to be on the ground floor for a comfortable lifestyle.
Three generous guest bedrooms with indulgent Main bathroom command the upper floor.
As you enter the home you are welcomed by a custom designed fish tank which floats between the entry and vaulted living room, giving it the wow factor.
The dextrous use of colour and texture embellishes you creating a warm and inviting interior.
