A total makeover given to this West Leederville home,
takes it to another level and does justice to the beautiful land.
The roof was replaced with a contemporary skillion roof and existing face brick walls were sand rendered to match the new upper floor.
All the window frames were replaced,leaving no evidence of this being a renovation.
The vaulted roof gives the kitchen and living room a drama which captures the stone church through hi-light windows.
The highly functional and well appointed kitchen and scullery make a huge impact and are graced with a comfy booth style meals area......it's everyone's favourite spot in the home!
Facing Lake Monger in the front, and the beautiful Christian church behind, it was a given that a second story would be added and that the master bedroom, retreat and large Northern balcony overlooking the lake, would command this space. The ensuite has 3 windows which frame the view of the church and bell tower. At night when the church is lit it oozes a romantic atmosphere.
The original master bedroom and ensuite were converted to a guest suite making it a 4 bed family home.
2 x children's bedrooms and bathroom together with play room were striped and redone creating a theme and unity thru the home.
