This stand alone 20m x 7m studio that needed to integrate with the existing property style and flow into the existing home seamlessly.
BRIEF: Create a relaxing and multi-functional space with a rehabilitation resistance pool that is indoors and bug proof. Wanted to be able to have great cross-flow breezes with the option of aircon if really needed. The space needed to accommodate a full gym, both clients and their personal trainer as well as a playroom / pool room and area for massages and rehabilitation.
CHALLENGES: Fitting the structure on site because of the boundary set backs and the existing infrastructure.
BUDGET: $150,000 - $200,000, built for over $200,000
