Badgingara
Our client had a very small budget (just $3K) to completely gut and renovate an entire guest bathroom. Taking on most all of the physical labour herself, we provided her with guidance and product including a custom vanity to fit a tiny space and allow the space to breathe.
The Challenges: Budget, budget and budget. There was no budget for labour so everything was about the design and space saving.
The Benefits: We kept most items in their original location to save on plumbing costs, with the exception of the shower head. We kept the entire bathroom clean and contemporary by using a wall hung vanity and a glass shower screen to give the illusion of space and we used an inexpensive wall tile so we could splurge on the floor and niche tiles.
