Adelaide Hills Villa Project

This newly constructed stone house brings a flavour of the Mediterranean to the Adelaide Hills. The sloping site allowed for the house to step down in levels providing that quintessential Tuscan feel and some interesting separated outdoor living spaces. Local Adelaide Hill’s stone and terracotta roof tiles complete this theme fulfilling the client’s brief. Inside there are three bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, library, dining room, kitchen/eating area, large living space and a media room. Outside includes a large balcony, two terraces, garage forecourt and a two car garage which is linked to the house.
