Situated on a main road, and with a future use as a rental property, the client brief was to minimise noise from the road and keep the design clean and simple.
The exterior wall panels are stylish, insulated Bondor, for simplified construction, complemented by two skillion rooflines. The windows facing the busy road are fixed panels that allow light but minimise noise.
The house itself includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a powder room, home theatre/kitchen/dining space linked by a courtyard to a living room, separate laundry and double garage.
