This stunning renovation to a Federation home in the inner metro suburbs of Adelaide included new ‘in keeping’ front fence and gates, restored verandah, new roof, post freeze and tiles with slate edging and glass cupola.
The new extension bringing a touch of class with kitchen, big dining/living area, bathroom, bedroom and laundry, outdoor living area and carport with store.
Kitchen with glass roof that links the house to the new extension. This was an existing room with cellar underneath that’s been retrofitted to be kitchen with a stove in the false fireplace. Existing timber floor continued into extension.

Expansive living area in the new extension features cupola glass ceiling, with opening highlight windows then raked matchboard. Bi-fold doors opening to outdoor eating area. Cute and functional bay window with seats that double as storage.

The new carport also features a cupola to create a design link to the main house, this time with louvers for ventilation. This new carport providing storage and undercover parking.

This main bathroom was an existing room that has been converted into a luxurious bathing space. Marble floors and bench top with bench surround and double basins. Just out of shot is a separate shower and WC alcove.
