This extension and renovation of an existing home in metro Adelaide uses no plastic product in the build. All plumbing is cast iron, brass and copper, and all painting was done with a no chemical natural paint product. The original house is a stone fronted Villa, painted brick walls, extension was built with stone with brick coring to match existing residence. Outbuildings include an old-fashioned washroom and outdoor toilet.
Newly built garage reflects the style of the house and is linked to the house with a Chinese influenced gateway.
