Proposed two storey additions and remodelling of the rear to an Inter-war bungalow in a sensitive heritage conservation area adjacent to Sydney Harbour. The clients, a young family in their first home [ after many years of apartment living in North America and Australia] have determined to add the second storey at a later date. The design was tailored top allow this staging.
