Conversion of 1888 Victorian shop top apartment was previously subdivided into a number of bedsits. Refurbishment comprised minor new interventions, clearing and simplifying the main rooms and inserting new functions in less significant or minor areas.
A mix of LED lighting and modernist pendant subtly offset the magnificent elaborate ceiling roses.
