What sort of window furnishings on stacker doors?
Comments (8)I am a big ambience person wood jay and Angela, of an evening I like to draw the curtains, turn on the lamps and make the house cosy. :) Not only that but with small children, I want the option of using our lounge space for sleepovers in the future so we would need blind there for that reason. :)...See MoreHiw can i hang curtains nicely here?
Comments (10)Couldn't agree more with the comments above. I would only add sheers; they add lovely filtered light and keep the room looking clean. The full scale of the sheers also adds a sense of luxury. I've included a photo of a master bedroom where there were different size windows and even doors to a verandah. Unfortunately the photo doesn't show the entire wall but hopefully you get the idea. All have block out blinds behind them too. And another bonus; sheers are not as expensive as most other window treatments....See Morewhat sort of blinds for a new apartments which has louvre windows

Comments (9)Hi Caitlin, A note on light & window treatments, as some clients are very sensitive to the smallest amount of light or have expectations above what can be achieved - Without bricking up the window, some element of light will seep through, be it around the sides, top, bottom or through the holes made from stitching the fabric. These elements can be drastically reduced in well made, custom treatments: for instance in the design (eg adding a pelmet); fabric and lining selections; fabrication techniques (eg hand stitched element rather than machined stitched). These curtains we designed and made, are on a northern window photo taken on a sunny day, no pelmet so light seeps in above the treatment. https://www.houzz.com.au/photos/curtains-by-decoro-modern-bedroom-sydney-phvw-vp~114832743 All the best, Louise, Decoro Custom Interiors - Window Treatment Specialist, Sydney...See Morebigreader
