The glass globes have small holes on the sides to alliw for adequate air fliw. They are decorated with sand and a few small pebbles to sopport the plants. The tiny plants in the globes are all pups from my collection.

My three largest tillandsii, 2 tillandsia staminea, fragrant (one on each side) and an ioantha xerographica. They are held by wire hooks formed from somewhat flexible wite that is gently wrapped around the base of the plants and from which they can be removed for watering. The background is a cork board covered with fabric.

Pinterest inspired tilly display.
I used a Dollar Tree plastic hippo, an exacto knife, and spray paint. The tilly is just set into the hole I cut. It is not permanent.
