After meeting with several design and construct companies we met with Roy Hodgson Design. Roy was confident the new town planning overlay in our street would not limit our plans, he took a detailed brief and understood the style of house we were after. We now have a planning permit for 2, 4 bedroom town houses with basement car parking, while being able to keep our much loved pool, maximising the value of property. We would highly recommend his services.

I have worked with Roy and his team on 2 residential projects in Armadale. Both required sensitive town planning applications though Stonnington Council. Roy and his team were dedicated and conscientious and a pleasure to work with. We love the end result due to Roy's clever design solutions. Our chosen builder described their CAD drawings as clear and detailed. Would definitely recommend their services to others.
