Emanate & Co. is a family owned and operated business located in Thornleigh and has been constructing decks, patio covers and pergolas in Sydney’s northern suburbs for nearly 30 years. Emanate & Co. has a wealth of experience working on many sites, from the steep slopes Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore to the bushlands of upper North Shore, Hornsby and the Hills district. Patioland built our patio roof for us. It is a large roof measuring 20 x 3 metres, with recessed LED lighting, heater panels, and a fan. Our dealings with Adrian and his Contractors were very professional and pleasant to work with. For a $50K project, it all went fairly quickly once we received Council approval. We now have true indoor/outdoor living, as it effectively has added a large room onto our house. No doubt it has considerably added to its' resale value.

We had the tricky project of extending a deck in a strata unit block. Adrian and his team guided the whole process over the months it took to get the DA and other compliance. He was wonderful at communicating with us and, possibly more importantly, with our neighbours. He's professional but more than that he follows up to make sure there was nothing else he could have done better. In terms of customer service, he was really great. I would highly recommend Patioland for anyone building a deck or outdoor space.

Patioland say that they bring family and friends together in an outdoors living space.. its true but they do so much more than that. We now have a place to rest and reset, which is of immense value in our busy lives We have added space to our home which has added value We have created a barrier to the heat making the inside of our house a more livable space and have no need to airconditioning summer or winter. Its now become a meeting place for some of the groups the family belongs to and we use it without having to have people we dont really know in our home. Adrian was able to design a space for our budget and work with fire zone restrictions in the mountains. We cant imagine our house now without our deck.. how did we live before?? Thanks very much the Patioland team

We chose Patioland to construct a 40sqm patio cover in colorbond steel over,and an aluminium railing around, a very old concrete patio. They also removed a very old timber patio cover. It has completely transformed our rear outdoor living area which we now use much more than before as it now looks classy and is protected from both rain and sun. Adrian from Patioland kept in touch with us regularly to let us know the current status from the time we signed the contract, through the D.A approval process with council and the construction process. All the Patioland people were very professional and efficient in their work. Once the work started it was completed quite quickly and to a very high quality.
