Can anyone tell me what plant is the lush green one that spills over the edges?

I don't know about the steel structure.
The plant is difficult to pick out but I would hazard a guess at it being either Myoporum parvifolium or a sedum. There are a great many sedums, good luck with that if that is what it is.
