i noticed you have a french style clock there, if thats something you like then id stick to a more traditional style.

Subway tiles are soooo overdone & really date a house now ( not to mention that they remind many people of, well, subways & public toilets strangely enough ). Glass maybe too contemporary but it's so low maintenance & never boring, the colour & pattern choices are endless. Stone is timeless & easy care. It's personal choice really. Trust your instincts, it looks like you've done a great job so far. Would love to see the end result posted here too. Good luck !

I think getting the perfect bar stool is the hardest thing to do. If you can’t find anything local, look overseas or you might be able to get a craftsman to make them for you.. beautiful kitchen. A few inspiration photos that you may be able to source or similar made here. Jade stool by Crea. The Delaney stool from Maiden Home. Mylo counter stool from Wayfair or something similar to the Mogens Lassen stool.

Agree the buffet is gorgeous but a little large for it’s current position, if you swapped it to the other wall would it be too big for the tv, then the smaller one could move to that position, a large rug under the couches, thinking the chakki table might look good paired with the coffee table, not sure how much room you have as you will need to be very selective in the size of your table so that it doesn’t overwhelm the room. Stools with a Moroccan theme would look great.
