Kitchen and office is 7 x 3 metres the connecting cabin is 7x4 and the bedroom is 7x 3.5

you should be able to see the inbuilt washer and the space where the bin is would suite a small dishwasher.....we are still undecided if we need one.

the kitchen units can’t be moved, so I am stuck with their location.

to the right of the kitchen entr is the office and we are putting .5 x 2.00 floor to ceiling storage as well as desk dryer and printer..

i was concerned that the dark wall is making the room look narrow, we have a limed washed look flooring

not sure about the mirrors/ stainless steel because there is nothing but interiors to reflect! Though we cert need natura light in the area

The flooring in the picture was taken up as it was the wrong colour will repost as soon as it is replaced

It looks like you have a blid corner next to the washing machine which is a waste of space in such a small build?, why is the dryer on another wall, you could have a DW as a mobile with a wooden top and used as a portable island

I know, about the blind corner, we had a very good kitchen given to us and that was the only way the builder could fit it in....we have a mobile bench with storage already and don’t need have space as we can fit a small dishwasher where the bin is, we are considering not having a dw as there are only 2 of us and we are not interested in dinner parties or that sort of socialising. We had large houses for May years and we are over catering for others.

would still like to have ideas for making the entry to the kitc smaller,

. A bookcase won’t work because of our current furniture. I was thinking of louvered style white doors, suggestions?

You could put in a sliding barn door that could when closed cover the whole opening, but leave it part open to cover the fridge. At the moment the white trim will make anytthing else placed on just one side look out of place. doestheopening need to be so big

Thanks Varney, we really went over and over that option, but unfortunately when the plumber put in the drain and tap he basically made the space unusable.
