A friend of mine installed prefab along her balcony but they ran the length of the house wall, so we're pretty much protected from weather. She had screens installed at either end. Where you see the BBQ and cabinets in your photo, she just had a free standing BBQ. Her cabinets even housed her washing machine, bar fridge and dish drawer. Looked fabulous in white with her timber floor.

i noticed the chairs for the dark colour, but also that7 they can actually be used at the island bench as there is enough space to sit properly unlike a lot of kitchens that have no where to put your legs at the bench

I think the interior design team is the same one who did their Sydney restaurant - they are not on Houzz but their name is Meacham Nockles McQualter. Might be worth a quick email to them to see where they sourced from.

Where are you located? I have seen these at cerdomus tiles in Richmond and Moorabbin tiles in Moorabbin if you are in Victoria.
