Bathroom Design Ideas with Matchstick Tile, Copper Benchtops and Concrete Benchtops

Cette maison repartie sur deux niveaux habitables présentait initialement des volumes cloisonnés, un état général intérieur défraîchi, ainsi que des menuiseries extérieures et une charpente datant de la construction séculaire de la maison. Les objectifs des nouveaux propriétaires furent alors clairs : redonner ses lettres de noblesse à cette demeure, tout en la modernisant intégralement. Commence alors un vaste projet pour l’équipe d’Ameo Concept, suivi d’un chantier de plusieurs mois : ouverture de mur porteur, dossier administratif pour le remplacement des fenêtres et persiennes, reprises de charpente, sans compter la réfection complète de l’ensemble des lots de second œuvre et l’amélioration du DPE de la maison grâce a l’isolation, entre autre, de l’ensemble des pans de murs et des combles. Le résultat final laisse place à une rénovation tout en contraste, alliant nuances de noirs et verts, éléments de menuiseries sur mesure où le noyer est décuplé, le tout dans des espaces généreux et fonctionnels. Une mission complète de plus d’une année de travail pour cette métamorphose haut de gamme.
