Mosman Unit is a refined apartment renovation focused on improving spatial clarity, material quality and everyday functionality within an existing multi-residential building.

The project centres on a complete internal reconfiguration, aligning kitchen, living and circulation spaces to create a more cohesive and efficient layout. Natural light is carefully maximised, enhancing the sense of openness while maintaining a calm and controlled interior environment.

A restrained, material-led palette defines the space. Bespoke joinery, timber elements and stone finishes are integrated throughout, creating continuity and warmth while allowing detailing and proportion to take precedence over contrast.

Delivered within the constraints of an occupied apartment building, the construction required disciplined coordination, precise sequencing and careful management of access and logistics. Despite these conditions, a high level of craftsmanship was maintained across all trades.
