To The Mil provided an extension to the upper level of our house and a complete upgrade of the external areas including new roof, windows, cladding, render, concrete slabs, path ways and landscaping on a cost plus basis. The Builder took some fairly basic Architect's sketches and worked with us to come up with a scope and budget that fitted well with our requirements. The work was well planned and organised and things pretty much happened as they were scheduled which was a very pleasing aspect of the whole experience and certainly less stressful than we were expecting. We were consulted on all relevant design and finishes selections regularly and kept up to date on what was happening and what was coming up in the near future. This was particularly pleasing as we (family of 5) were living in the house during this renovation work and we were therefore able to plan around the work that was happening in the house. The quality of workmanship and subcontractors brought onto the job were first class and the end product was exceptional and certainly exceeded our expectations. To say this renovation transformed our house is no exaggeration and we have been very happy with the overall product and experience. In summary we found this company very easy to deal with, professional and took their work very seriously. we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other prospective clients or Architects.

We have just had a major renovation completed by To The Mil, and we are so impressed with the high quality of the work and the professionalism of the company. Liam helped us transform a Victorian Italianate Home that had been converted into four flats back to its grandeur. It was painstaking work and Liam is passionate about his building work. We were delighted with the finished product. Furthermore Liam has well established links to great trades.
