I use a 27 inch wide "laundry center" for all of my wash about 4 loads a week. I do have gas dry not an option for you. Mine is front load which is harder to transfer clothes from to the overhead dryer.

This is a compact 18 inch wide option that would leave more cabinet space. Does this look like it has enough capacity???

This is the microwave which I have personally. It is one of the only microwaves that I have found that true touch screen pad instead of the soft mechanical switch pads. The soft pads are vulnerable to moisture penetration failure. The ventilation fan is so - so especially for the heavy use in my kitchen but I think adequate for you
