Placement of outlet above vanity. Is the below information correct? If so, should be countertop on the vanity be shorter than 32 inches? Our counters are 35.5 inches high. The standard height for bathroom counters is 34 to 35 inches. If you have a built-in vanity, such as the one shown here, the vanity should drop down to 30 inches to accommodate a regular chair. Regular chairs have a standard seat height of 17 to 19 inches.
This photo gave me ideas about a pull-out mirror (different from this one) at the side of the vanity. Consider additional lighting above the vanity.
