Sue & Michael wanted an easy to live in, easy to maintain, functional and ergonomic area that says 'WOW' on entry. The dated and inefficient kitchen, laundry and bedroom was upgraded to a bright and effective kitchen and spacious pantry; the laundry replaces the bedroom and incorporates the study and a gym. We introduced a window in the wall common between the kitchen and the split level lounge area opening it to the amazing views of the Derwent River and connecting the 2 living spaces.
