Backyard Grannys are a subsidiary of Nulex Construction Pty Ltd a well-known and reputable licensed builder in the Newcastle area with a solid track record of providing our clients with excellence, quality and reliable service every time. We have provided clients with Granny Flats in the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie and Sydney. Backyard Grannys was formed from market demand. For a period of 12 months Nulex Construction fielded many enquiries for granny flats and heard about the returns which could be achieved. These enquires prompted us to research further and we discovered that a granny flat could be built without council approval and provide an average return on investment of between 10-20%. Since then we have planned, built and completed grannys flats for clients all across NSW. In particular we have worked extensively with clients in Newcastle, Sydney, the Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie.
