Geoff and his team at Mint Construct have been building some of my projects and I have also been privileged to be able to work alongside Geoff and his team also. Geoff and his team take a lot of pride in there work and his team is very dedicated and knowledgeable. The team's attention to detail at the consultation stage, on-site during the construction and final handover is exceptional. I can highly recommend Mint Construct for your next project, As they are a builder I trust and recommend to my clients.

Geoff and his team at Mint did a great job for us. They were on program, on budget and when we did have any little niggles, they dealt with them. The only reason they get a 4 stars not 5 stars is that I can't give 4.5 stars and we did have a glitch when something was ordered to the wrong spec and it messed up the program for a while. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could because no-one is perfect and they got us back on track. The project was an extension and renovation of 3 of our 4 bedrooms, and main bathroom, creation of a new car port and conversion of the garage to a new breakout space with bedroom and adding a new ensuite. Geoff and his team did an amazing job on our home extension. Considering we had a very tight timeline with a new baby due- the work got done on time and to a high standard! Geoff was always available for any questions and his team were always in the know. I really couldn’t recommend highly enough! Well done guys!

Mintconstruct were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start of the reno to the finish. The project manager's dedication to the project was evident on a daily basis. Geoff and his team completed a fantastic renovation on our Mermaid Waters home. Our son Patrick is a young architect worked closely with Geoff. Geoff accommodated changes and modifications and overcome obstacles as they emerged. Geoff's team produced a great result and was in regular contact with us. the final result was fantastic and we are constantly reminded of the transformation when we have visitors over. Following competitive quotes from 3 builders, we chose Mintconstruct for the addition of a Media Room to our Sovereign Islands house. I can recommend them highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, Geoff Symons was professional, helpful and friendly to deal with. He and his wife Tahnee make an awesome team who take great personal interest and pride in giving the customer what they want. They both came up with some good ideas and suggestions, with Tahnee choosing paint colours and light fittings and offering furniture suggestions etc to complete the project. The project ran to budget, with any additional costs being discussed and agreed to before implementation. Geoff also suggested and organised an award winning landscaper to “dress up” the garden area around the new construction, with an outstanding result. Although our project took time to complete, this was mainly due to Geoff’s determination to produce a first class addition to our house. Geoff sets high standards for his tradesmen and the result is we now have a wonderful new fully soundproofed “High end” media room, which we absolutely love, even more than we had expected.
