Lazcon Pty Ltd

We recently completed a significant extension of our weatherboard home with Lazcon Pty Ltd. The extension involved the addition of an ensuite and walk-in-robe to the master bedroom, reconfigurtion of bedrooms two and three, addition of a fourth bedroom, new family bathroom/powder room and new open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The project length from construction commencement was approximately 7 months and we have been thrilled with the finished product and the process as a whole. From the initial quotation phase we felt that we were able to develop a strong collaborative relationship with Lazcon Pty Ltd. Lazcon worked with us to bring the scope of works to within our desired budget and put in significant time and effort to understand and reflect our visions for the project from the contract/scope of works phase. We were consulted during every step of the project in relation to any new ideas/changes to the initial scope of works. We were thoroughly impressed with Lazcon's investment in and dedication to the project, shown in part through suggestion of a number of changes as the project evolved - changes that have enhanced the finished home. Communication throughout the project exceeded our expectations and we always felt completely confident with Lazcon's understanding of our desired outcome and their ability to achieve this. Throughout the project we were fortunate enough to additionally receive interior design expertise through Lazcon Pty Ltd, to assist us to achieve the interior feel that we hoped for. Assistance was given with sourcing samples, kitchen and bathroom design and choice of both interior and exterior paint colours. We felt that the designer had an innate understanding regarding the 'feel' that we wished to achieve and was able to suggest options that fit our vision and also pushed the boundaries of what we would have been brave enough to choose alone! The final result is just beautiful! The design process was in-depth and consultative and has definitely assisted in maximising the quality of the final finish. Our project was completed within the time frame initially estimated and came in very close to the initial budget discussed. The workmanship and quality of work has been of an excellent standard and we would not hesitate to recommend Lazcon Pty Ltd to others.
