About Us
MLDG is a residential building design studio in Springwood, just south of Brisbane. Since 2011 we’ve designed new homes, renovations, extensions and townhouses across Brisbane, from the western suburbs to the southside, as well as Logan.
We’re a small, hands-on team, so clients work directly with the designers drawing their project, from the first site visit to the final approved plans.
Our service goes beyond drawings. We coordinate the engineers and consultants, manage approvals with council and the certifier, and can administer the building contract. Interior design is available as an option. Over the years we’ve built a trusted network of Queensland builders we’re happy to introduce clients to.
The first consultation is free and on site. We want to see the block and understand how you live before anything is drawn.
