Not a happy customer the blind that was installed is not the blind I order and I have tried to call and speak to some one in management I regards to this issue however no manager has called me back to discuss the issue the blind is a cheap pull down blind and the one I order is a wind up and down blind I can not use the blind they have installed . They have also stored my credit card information and have used it with out my permission to make further payments. Which itself is a concern

Modern installed roller shutters for us 6 months ago. The shutters look and work great! The wife loves the new look and we've even received compliments from our neighbours. We shopped around for a few quotes before eventually deciding to go with Modern, I recommend doing the same. We found the shutters fairly pricey which initially gave us second thoughts. However, upon having the shutters installed, we could tell we got exactly what we paid for.. quality shutters. We couldn't be happier. Thanks modern!

Couple months ago started comparing quotes for plantation shutters and went with these guys. Sales person was professional and definitely knew shutters insideout, if not a bit pushy. Was going to settle with a different company who were a bit cheaper but their shutters had no shutters without floor tracking systems + estimated installation was too long at the time. Decided to go with them on the day, ended up getting bi-folds for most of downstairs and the bathroom. Had plans just to frost the glass for the bathrooms but after being told the plantations used for bathrooms are waterproof decided to go for that too. installers were friendly and didn't make a mess, follow up call from customer service was also appreciated.

I got my modern shutters about a month ago and I haven't had any problems since. When I first called up they were extremely helpful with assisting with a choice. They sent out a contractor to install the shutters and he was a pure gentleman. Would recommend to use them again.
