Ralph and his team painted the exterior of our home in Greenwich in December 2025 and January 2026. We could not be happier with the finished project and Ralph and his team were a delight to have around. Good natured, friendly professionals who were always careful and courteous around our home. Their care of our property, the daily cleanup and the efficient and professional manner in which they undertook their work was second to none. Couldn't recommend Ralph and his team highly enough!!

I contacted Ralph, the company owner, to request a quotation. Once he found out my job was urgent, he responded immediately. The very next morning, he arrived with his colleague and repaired and repainted my bedroom ceiling. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. I was impressed by Ralph’s professionalism, efficiency, and the excellent quality of the finish. Highly recommended!

I had not read the reviews on this site before engaging Lower Northshore Paint and Maintenance. Reading them now I can imagine that it would be easy to think that they are too good to be true. I can assure you that Ralph and his team live up to and, if possible, exceed, every ounce of praise/recommendation they are given. They do exactly what they say they are going to do - provide the highest level of service possible producing very professional results. They are meticulous from start to finish. Ralph spent time and gave a lot of very pertinent advice when first discussing the project. It covered old, patterned ceilings that were mould damaged, cedar windows and doors that were sun damaged and several cracks, standard in older houses, that required plastering. All these areas now look brand new. Ralph and his team were professional to the last detail always going above and beyond. I was kept informed and no query, no matter how small, went unanswered. They arrived when they said they would. They were fastidious in their cleaning up / packing away at the end of each day. All of them: Ralph, Robson, Joseph and Luis, were a delight to have working on the house. I am particularly grateful for the care they took with our dog, always ensuring doors and gates were closed. I cannot recommend the company highly enough and will absolutely be using them for our next painting work.
