Put in an order for samples on 13 feb After waiting 2 weeks for any news I asked to refund my order as I decided to go ahead and buy bulk tiles due to renovation time frame pressure After 4 requests to cancel I got note that my sample will arrive 5 of March

Kingsley Designs

We ordered some gold feature tiles for a pool and they sent us 2 different versions; one flat and one wavy. Upon request that they swap half the order over so that they all match they flatly refused citing they were a special order. Disgraceful service

As already explained, your order was correctly supplied. You wanted to replicate the look of one of our previous pools and that is why you received 2 different finishes of gold- one wavy and one flat. Exactly like the pool you wanted. As your Bisazza mosaics were a ‘special order’ and made specifically for you, they cannot be returned. This policy with special orders is clearly communicated to all our clients and is also stated on our invoices. Our terms are the same as any other reputable tile company. As we’ve said to you previously, if you wish to discuss further please contact our management team.
