Excellent help and after service from the tech team. I'd be stuck without their help. We had a few issues with blinds being jammed which is not nice if down all day! But the guys were really helpful and got them all working again. THANKYOU

Works very well when the motor is fully charged. Unfortunately, when the battery needs recharging the connection cable is extremely difficult to insert. I've even had the installer to return and he also struggled. He even told me that most of his call outs were for the same issue. Shame Somfy hasn't heard of USB. I'm going to replace the motors shortly with an alternative brand.

Purchased a Hellioscreen awning with a Somfy RTS controller / motor. We wanted to automate this to alleviate the remote control need into my Home Assistant bridge. Which since purchasing the product I have found is impossible as for some reason, the integration is available for the rest of the world, but not Australia. If you're located in Australia and want simply the ability to open up an app that integrates with nothing else in the home then this is the product for you. if you're seeking true automation I would investigate alternate options.

We wanted motorised blinds. Shelled out the money for the Somfy motors, remotes and Connexoon. Connexoon being the hub. The aim was to connect this to my smart home. ALL and I mean ALL regions around the world get access to the Somfy Open Api - except for Australia. So now I have a Somfy Hub that is crippled. No where on their website does is this stated. Very disappointed and definitely would not recommend Somfy to anyone in Australia. Basically a dud product sold under false pretense.
