Chris Williams and his team provided exceptional care, skill and attention to detail throughout our renovation this year. We were impressed over and over again with how they handled every aspect of the project - from the care that was taken in the initial quoting phase, the management of some very specific design requests, the regular and clear updates that were given to us as homeowners to the completion of the project ahead of schedule and on budget. The final product is flawless and everyone who has seen the works cannot believe what was achieved for the price we paid. We are recommending WWC to everyone we know!

Trust is the most important factor when you have tradesmen who dismantle your castle and put it back together again. We have had many people who have not fulfilled this requirement however my wife and I are always at peace when Chris or Josh arrive! It's not just peaceful, it's a pleasure. They also stop and think of how to tackle a problem compared to others who are more 'gung ho' to finish you and move on to the next job. A rare quality. They are always neat and never get phased but work till the job is done.

As a building certifier I am impressed by the quality of work that Chris and the WWC team produce. When I carry out an inspection on a WWC building I always find that I can tick "yes" to every box. We built our house with Wally Williams just over 11 years ago and are as happy today as we were the day we moved in. We considered 3 builders when we got quotes and from the very first day I met Chris and the team I knew that I had struck gold. Wally Williams were so focused on providing us with what we wanted and were totally transparent from the get go and did everything in their power to achieve what we wanted and stay within budget. I have had countless comments on the high quality and standard of the build over the last 11yrs. The after sales service has been, and still is second to none and always personable and highly professional. I would not hesitate to use Wally Williams again and highly recommend them to anybody who wants a stress free and peace of mind experience. We worked with our architect to design a separate small building in our backyard to work as an office and utility area for kids to play and out of state family to stay. They suggested we work with WWC who were local to us. Through out the entire process from quoting, contracts, banks, building and most importantly resolving any issues WWC have been excellent. They really helped us find key areas to save money that can be added later. Expectations around timber shortages and longer than usual lead times during covid have been excellent and accurate. The variations we have asked for have been priced really fairly and done quickly. Chris, Roger and both of the Josh's are a great bunch of people. Lovely to have on site. The kids loved watching them work and we never heard a raised voice or swearword the entire time. We would recommend them for any level of work from small stuff to new build.

Chris was an excellent communicator right from our initial meeting. Communication was especially important to us because there needed to be some mutual trust give the uncertainty of progressing with a major project during covid. He made sure we were clear on the scope of works, advised us of potential issues that might arise and gave us good advice throughout the whole process. He finished ahead of schedule. The only changes to the budget were ones initiated by us and he was at all times flexible with us making necessary variations. The quality of the work is excellent and the team of employees and subcontractors that he used were skilled, professional, and pleasant. We would highly recommend Chris and his company to anyone considering a new build or major renovation.
