WK STONE

Stone received and installed, damaged, QuantumQuartz Zero, dents, scratches, the whole surface is mottled shiny and mat on the whole surface of the stone, clamps marks, even the glue the supplier glued the stone together with has heavily damaged the stone, HVGM blame wk stone, and I'm stuck in the middle 8 weeks on without a resolution, I do not believe this stone to be of decent quality, heavy wear and tear before it had a chance to cure in my new kitchen!! Veining is 3d visually, and you can actually feel the veining, looks like it an imitation of what i veiwed beforehand. Very dissapointed, personally, laminate is better quality than this, extremely upset after spending 13k.

WARNING... Don't ever buy the carbon matte benchtop. They say on the website that it is stain resistant but that's not true. My kitchen benchtop and island is completely covered in stains that cannot be removed and I haven't even moved into my new house yet. The inconvenience of removing the beautiful splash back tiles , stove and plumbing is really upsetting. I wish never seen this product. I'm able to forward many pictures of the kitchen if requested

We had a built a new home from Verde Homes with benches in the kitchen and the bathrooms provided by Quantum Quartz. We were extremely pleased with the end product and the installation but there appeared to be an irregularity in colour on the main kitchen bench. We were of course most concerned and asked for help from Quantum Quartz. To our relief their service department immediately reassured us and their State Sales Manager, Maria, investigated immediately. Maria then brought in their technical team to assess the issue. It was determined the colour difference was likely due to a spill of an unknown substance after the installation. But rather than debate who was at fault the team set about rectifying the problem. This was done without fuss and the bench was quickly brought back to pristine condition. Two years on we are still very happy with our benches and are more than happy to endorse Quantum Quartz
