We engaged i architecture to produce plans for a new house build at a prime coastal location. We had no experience of architecture nor building, so we had many questions and some fears. After providing i architecture with our broad ideas and general design preferences, i architecture's experience came to fore as we saw our plans come together. We became very excited at the prospect of becoming the owners of a 'magazine quality' beach house. Our plans passed through Council first time without a hitch and the construction process itself was smooth and on budget. Communication and adherence to deadlines by i architecture were very good throughout. So many friends and strangers passing by tell us we have a beautiful home.

They were able to effectively take into account our budget, our design ideas and the time frame.
