Rick was recommended to us by a trusted family member who had used him previously. Rick was terrific; really listened and appreciated our lifestyle; helping us refine our ideas and goals. He was innovative and came up with lots of things we hadn’t thought of; and gently managed to steer me off some of my less practical notions. We now have a beautifully renovated old Californian bungalow with a lovely modern open plan area, without changing the footprint! Rick really helped up make the house we had functional for us; we didn’t need more space as it turned out, just better designed! Rick was able to provide lots of renderings including 3-d which were invaluable in making design decisions in and out of lockdown in the past year! Highly recommended.
