We had the pleasure of working with Jay on our first ever home renovations recently and after a very complicated and lengthy DA approval process we gained council approval to start our project. We were so grateful to have him advocating for us throughout this process, asking all the right questions and liaising with numerous people. I honestly couldn't find better words to start with than we could not recommend Jay enough. As a first time home builder, this is such a daunting process but Jay made it so easy for us. We are so impressed with how things were so smoothly done from day 1 since we engaged Jay. Is happy to provide ideas whilst respecting that it’s your home and about bringing your ideas to reality.
