Jakub is very professional, helpful and friendly. His drafting services are excellent and was very prompt with any questions or amendments. He helped with the council submission even going and talking to the council to ensure the plans met their requirements. Jakub continually checked in to see how the submission process was progressing even after his scope was complete. HIghly recommend Jakub.

We did a massive renovation on a 1925 built home. We hired JC Design to help us with extensions. Turned a 2x1 into a 3x2 to suit our needs and practicality. Jacub came up with some fantastic ideas that maximised the space while meeting all our requirements. He has great knowledge of the building industry and can advise on where to save. Jakub is an absolute professional. I am sure we are one of "those" clients people would describe as "difficult ones" as we weren't 100% sure what we were after to start with though we believed we had a basic idea. We contacted JC Design & Drafting after noting they do not keep a sole copyright over the design. This was important to us as most builders & draftspeople do keep the copyright. From the beginning Jakub has made every effort to understand out requirements and reflect those in the drawings. Being able to sit with him while he made adjustments to our drawings directly in his program was a real advantage as we were able to see the effect the changes had in other areas of the house. We found Jakub to be very Knowledgeable suggesting changes that would improve the design and make the approval process smoother. Jakub has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has made the whole drafting process that much less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. Utilising CAD 3D images of the plans we have been able to go through the entire house room by room and make improvements on many levels. Window and wall size and placement, materials selection colours, bulkhead positions, cabinetry layout, plumbing and tap placement, all elements that are not obvious on 2D plans but which make an enormous difference to how a room looks and feels once built. Jakub has a very sound knowledge of building requirements and is willing to make recommendations to improve design, maximise light and utilisation of space.
