We have recently completed a big renovation with Beach Breeze and are extremely happy with both the finished product and the journey. Chris and the team made it very easy with their professionalism and clear communication throughout the process. A benefit of working with Chris is his ability to accurately cost out the build upfront so that you know exactly what you're up for. It was a complicated build on a difficult site over a number of levels and the quality of the work was excellent - we now have a "new" house we can spend many years enjoying. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Beach Breeze. Chris recently handled our knockdown rebuild project from concept and design to construction. The entire process was seamless, staying within both budget and the set timeframe. The build took just 26 weeks, and we were kept informed at every stage. Chris suggested several excellent providers for our finishings and arranged our selection meetings, making the process incredibly easy. Beach Breeze uses the BuilderTrend app, which kept us updated with progress photos, weekly updates, and upcoming schedules. All project documents, including contracts, plans, and selections, were stored on the app for easy reference. The team was professional and committed, working onsite rain or shine. The tradespeople provided valuable recommendations and delivered excellent results. We couldn’t be happier with our brand new home. Chris’ exceptional communication and project management made our new home journey truly stand out. He understood our vision, made us feel heard, and took all the stress out of the process. We had a great experience with Chris at Beach Breeze and his design team. They had an extremely professional and complete website and Instagram which gave us a great feel for their work, and this experience followed through to the design and concept stage. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the process and gave some great advice. We have ended up with some excellent design options with honest expectations around cost, which we would much rather have up front than later down the line. We have paused our build for now due to our personal circumstances but very much hope to continue the journey in a couple of years and would 100% return to Beach Breeze for the remainder.

We recently undertook a major renovation of our house in Terrigal with Beach Breeze Building. Throughout the entire process - from planning to completion - we found Chris Stephens to be extremely friendly, trustworthy, reliable and easy to communicate with. We would also like to give a special mention to the foreman on this project, Ben Padman. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, nothing was too difficult for him, and he always managed to deliver what we asked for, including our many variations, to the highest standards. This was our fourth home renovation, and it was far and away, our best experience so far. Chris's clear communication, his genuine care for his clients, and his high standards took away so much of the stress usually associated with renovating. We feel so blessed to be able to live in such a beautiful home and we are so thankful to Chris and his team for providing it. If you are considering a renovation or a new build, the most important decision you will make is which builder you go with. We engaged Beach Breeze to undertake a major renovation for our house on the Central Coast. On every metric possible they far exceeded our expectations. From proof of concept, right through to lock-up stage, Chris and the team were with us every step of the way, guiding and advising us through what can be a pretty daunting process.
