About Us

Locspec Building Services is a boutique residential custom home building and construction company that specialises in but not limited to renovations, extensions , new homes, building design and project management. We pride ourselves on delivering a personal service, attention to detail and professionally finished homes of the highest industry standards. The personal service we pride ourselves on is provided by a one on one client to builder relationship where the person building your dream home is the owner of the business. This means that every aspect of the project is dealt with quickly and personally. Our quality workmanship is the product of a close knit, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working team of tradesmen that we consider are some of the best in their chosen field in the region. The Locspec team all take great pride in our work to deliver the perfect home and experience for our clients. The professional finish is achieved by never cutting corners on quality, a great eye for detail and our many years of experience in the building and construction industry.

Could not rate Locspec highly enough. We used their services early last year (2021) for some renovations at our previous home. Their communication, professionalism and teamwork was second to none. We have re-engaged them this year for some advice and quoting in the planning stages of a build at our new home. Once again I was impressed by their knowledge, clear and concise advice and integrity. We would recommend Ryan and his team without hesitation. Thanks guys.

I would highly recommend Locspec for anyone who is wanting to build their new home or complete a renovation. The process with Ryan was seamless from start to finish and we could not be more happier with then end result. When I called Locspec and requested a quote for our extension, Ryan came out straight away and then we kept in touch during the process. Having a budget in mind, Ryan and I were able to work together to try and keep as close to my budget as possible. As we all know, builds can get out of control. If there was going to be any variation no matter how big or small, Ryan would discuss which I really appreciated and the communication was excellent. The workmanship was second to none, we are so happy with the extension. It actually looks like it was always apart of our house which is amazing! Thanks to the team at Locspec for the great job! We have had Locspec complete work at our place. I recommend them highly, the communication from the start before the project all the way through to finish was exceptional. The quality of workmanship is second to none and all done in a timely manner. Will definitely utilise them again for anything in the future with no hesitation.

This our second go round with Ryan and his crew. We went with them again because they listen when you ask for something a bit different. He has a great team who know their stuff. He is easy to contact and does fantastic follow up. We were very pleased with the job and overall finish.
