Nothing was ever to big of an issue, they handled everything that came their way with great poise and problem solving skills, always looking for a solution that suited us as the customer most. We engaged SDS on a multi-residential development. It started ok but then we experienced alot of aggravation and stress on the project especially when we discovered that SDS did not always follow specifications or our instructions. SDS had architect's, engineering, interior design, landscape architect's plans and all the specifications well before the project commenced. SDS ordered and installed very important internal & external features that were not approved by us and not what we wanted. It was only when we could check whether SDS was following all specs and our instructions that we discovered these problems and which adversely affected the project design. SDS also used an unqualified trade to do the most important external feature work which non-compliance we only discovered by chance. We ended up having to find a qualified QBCC licenced contractor to do that work and properly. SDS didn't take responsibility for its mistakes and always blamed others. We had to send SDS contract breach & non-compliance notices. Many false statements were made by SDS' principal to cover up mistakes or failures. SDS did not rectify certain defects one of which was a structural defect. SDS also left unrectified a defectively sealed unsightly aggregate driveway and paths that SDS had agreed to rectify. There were also billing issues. As a result we made complaints to QBCC and QCAT.

I was very happy with the work Scott and Marc done. Both brothers were very pleasant to deal with. Did change things on the spot whenever I asked them to change anything not included in the plan. They are very good with their pricing and will not cut your throat. The work was very high quality. The most important thing was - they always listened. I never had any conflict with them which is very important in the construction industry as most of the builders are double faced, that means what they say and what they meant are different. Scott was always upfront and explained issues properly. They had dedicated time to complete my house. I will recommend anyone to engage him for your project.

Scott and Marc completed a large outdoor renovation on our property. From start to finish they have always gone above and beyond, very professional, affordable and the quality of workmanship and products is outstanding. Easily contactable at all stages of job and easy to deal with.
